Includes: Energy data (value) for exports and imports of selected energy related commodities including total Canada merchandise trade. Data is available for crude petroleum, coal, natural gas, coal and other crude bituminous substances and electricity.

Crude oil and equivalent data covering production by type (heavy, light, synthetic and bitumen), imports by country, refinery receipts, exports by destination, inventory levels and reserves.

Petroleum products covers data (volume) on the supply and demand of refined petroleum products in Canada including refinery inputs, production, imports and exports, domestic sales and inventory levels by province and region. Data is available for motor gasoline, diesel fuel, light fuel oil, heavy fuel and other petroleum products

Coal data covers production, imports, exports, transformation to other energy types such as electricity, manufactured gases and steam, producer consumption and non-energy and energy use.

Natural gas data includes gross production, deliveries of marketable gas, imports, exports and direct sales. Data is also available for gas utility sales by province, utility sales to various classes of customers and marketable natural gas reserves in Canada.

Electiricty data covering primary and secondary production, imports, exports, and producer consumption. Data is also available for utility and industry generation of electricity by type such as hydro, conventional steam and nuclear.

Retail prices (including taxes) for selected energy products including regular and premium unleaded motor gasoline, automotive diesel fuel and home heating oil for selected cities in Canada. Price data (excluding taxes) is also available for natural gas residential, industrial and commercial sales for selected cities.
